Heart of Gold, a zine created with original illustrations and a story written from the heart. The story revolves around the idea that you only have so much of yourself to give. People who have the desire to change the world and help others often get caught up in the idea of being a “fixer”. Fixing isn’t always a bad thing but in reality you can’t “fix” anyone and when you try, oftentimes you end up losing yourself in the process. Thus was born the phrase “save some gold for yourself” as a reminder to put as much work and love into yourself as you would put into others.
